DO NOT work for MONEY!

I wanted to blog this topic in the future blog post after i finished my part time job .... But i'm so hyped right now that i decided to blog about this topic before my inner fire goes away...

So, what they say is that we shouldn't work for money and should work in the field that we enjoy or has interest in. If we do that, we can enjoy more on what we love to do and actually won't wake up in the morning and think owh fuck i have to work today... Instead, we all can wake up thinking yeah i'm getting paid to do what i love and there's no stress at all...

That's one way to put it, but i still prefer my version of it, no offence to the person who made that quote... But in my way, i would call everybody NOT TO WORK FOR MONEY! Why? I'll tell you why... First... The company you work in CANNOT control you or what you do.... For example...

Case 1 (You work for money): They will like find many ways to make you to do what they want you to do... In the work I'm currently working, they have this performance statistic or some fucking sort... The better your work performance is, then they will reward you with money... Another is they will have this talk or orientation or some sort, and when i said i DO NOT want to go, they say that it will affect my statistic... Selling specific products, you will gain a fucking mother fucker small amount of commision... And i would work my ass out for that small commision and the company i work for gains alot out of it...

Case 2 ( You DONT work for money): They cannot control you like they used to or want to... Owh performance statistic? I don't give a fuck about that...anyhow how much can you reward me? 10 bucks? 30 bucks? Meh... I was suppose to go to this orientation and i think that it is a waste of time... So at the beginning i ask the supervisor what will happen if i didnt go... My performance will drop and no bonus wll be given... At that time i was naive and i think of going...but half way throughout the work i was like fuck this shit...deduct all you want....as long as it doesn't affect my basic salary... Commision for the product i sold? Bitch please who cares about that small amount of money... And if i do not serve the customer, i get more resting time... who cares...

Not sure if the company i work for is fucked up or should i practice this in my future work environments... I don't always cause a scene... but then I will try to maintain my aim of not working for money... I will only work because i love that job...
